The Harrington Compass

Thirteen-year-old Lily Matthews has lived in Heywood for ninety-two days and has not made a single friend. Then she finds an old turnstile in the lowest corner of Queen's Park. It has no fence, no gate, and no reason to be there, and it hums when she touches it.

Push through, and the park is the same, but the year is 1937. The regatta's prize, Captain Harrington's silver compass, is stolen, Eleanor Wilson's father is blamed, and the compass keeps pointing at Lily. With eight days to find the thief, Lily must change what happened in 1937 before the lake, and the Wilsons, are lost for good.

The Harrington Compass is the first Turnstile Mystery.
